Hon. (Dr.) Ali Bukar Dalori is a Nigerian politician and grassroots mobilizer from Borno State, currently serving as Acting National Chairman of the APC since June 2025. In this role, he has focused on party unity, transparency, and preparations for the 2027 general elections, while leading the party’s e-registration and digital reforms.

Before becoming Acting Chairman, he served as Deputy National Chairman (North) and was previously APC Chairman in Borno State, where he strengthened party structures during periods of insecurity. He also chaired the APC State Chairmen Forum for nine years.

Dalori’s political career began in 1991 as a councillor and later included service as a member of the Borno State House of Assembly and three-time Chairman of Konduga LGA.

Born on June 16, 1962, in Dalori, Konduga LGA, he holds an honorary doctorate in International Relations and Diplomacy and previously worked in the automobile industry. He is also known for his philanthropy, including a ₦50 million donation to Borno flood victims in 2024.
