The All Progressives Congress (APC) is a political party in Nigeria, formed on 6 February 2013 in anticipation of the 2015 elections.
Chief (Hon) Victor Tombari Giadom is a Nigerian politician from Bera, Gokana LGA, Rivers State, of the Ogoni ethnic group. He currently serves as National Vice Chairman (South-South) of the APC and Chairman of the Nigeria Institute of Education Planning and Administration (NIEPA).
Born on March 15, he celebrated his 60th birthday in 2024. He holds the traditional title Mene Lebatom 1 of Gokana and is a Knight of Saint Christopher (KSC).
Giadom’s career spans local, state, and national roles, including Executive Chairman of Gokana LGA, Commissioner for Works in Rivers State (2011–2015), Deputy National Secretary of the APC, and briefly Acting National Chairman in 2020. He was also Deputy Governorship candidate in the 2019 Rivers State election.
Since 2025, he has overseen NIEPA, participated in nationwide APC e-registration, remained active in Rivers State politics, and engaged in philanthropy in his home community.
