The All Progressives Congress (APC) is a political party in Nigeria, formed on 6 February 2013 in anticipation of the 2015 elections.
Chief Isaacs D. I. Kekemeke (“Leke Leke”) is a Nigerian lawyer, administrator, and veteran politician from Ondo State, currently serving as National Vice Chairman (South West) of the APC and Board Chairman of NIPOST since January 2025.
Born on July 2, 1963, he is a trained lawyer and has held the title Hon. Dr. D. I. Kekemeke.
His political and administrative career includes being the pioneer APC Chairman in Ondo State, Minority Leader in the Ondo State House of Assembly, and holding executive roles as SSG, Attorney General & Commissioner for Justice, and Commissioner for Works in Ondo State. At the federal level, he was the pioneer Chairman of NECO and now chairs NIPOST.
Kekemeke has frequently contested for the Ondo State governorship, including declaring interest in the 2024 APC gubernatorial primary, emphasizing his experience in governance and development.
