About Barr. Felix Morka

Barr. (Sir) Felix Morka, CON is a Nigerian human rights lawyer, urban development expert, and politician from Delta State. He currently serves as National Publicity Secretary of the APC and Chairman of the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA).

Born on April 12, 1965, he was conferred with the Commander of the Order of the Niger (CON) in 2025. He holds an LL.B. from the University of Jos and an LL.M. from Harvard Law School.

Morka’s career spans human rights advocacy and governance, including leadership roles at the Civil Liberties Organization (CLO), founding SERAC, and serving on UN committees on displacement and HIV/AIDS & human rights.

In politics, he has been the APC spokesperson since 2022, overseeing membership e-registration and representing the party in national media, while also advising government officials on legal and constitutional matters.
