Senator Wasiu Eshilokun Sanni (born March 24, 1961) is a Nigerian politician representing Lagos Central in the 10th National Assembly under the APC.
An agricultural economist with a Master’s in International Law and Diplomacy from the University of Lagos, he began public service in 1992 and has held roles including Lagos Island LGA Chairman (2008–2014), Member and Deputy Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly (1999–2003, 2015–2023).
In the 10th Senate, he chairs the Committee on Marine Transport, leads the Forum of Former Presiding Officers of State Houses of Assembly (FOPSHA), and sponsored the Maritime Zones Act 2025.
He is active in constituency development, supporting education, health, infrastructure, and senior citizen welfare, including scholarships, school resources, and health facilities. Sanni collaborates with traditional leaders and is married with children.
