Hon. Terseer Ugbor (born May 20, 1981) is a Nigerian politician, environmental expert, and entrepreneur representing the Kwande/Ushongo Federal Constituency of Benue State in the 10th National Assembly under the APC.
He holds a B.Sc. in Sociology from the University of Abuja, a PGD in Management from Benue State University, and a Master’s degree in Public Policy with a focus on sustainable development.
Elected in 2023, Ugbor chairs the Ad-hoc Committee on Student Loans and serves as Deputy Chairman of the House Committee on Environment. He played a key role in reforming the Students Loans Act and is a strong advocate for climate action, clean technology, and education reform.
Before politics, he worked in sustainability and the circular economy, founding REDIN Recycling Industries and Easyfone Communications and leading the Alliance for Responsible Battery Recycling. He also publishes Living Environment Magazine.
In his constituency, he has supported education, technology, water access, and security through projects such as classroom construction, a technology incubation center, solar-powered boreholes, and support for local security initiatives.
