Hon. Air Vice Marshal (Rtd.) Rufus Adeniyi Ojuawo (born June 10, 1963) is a retired Nigerian Air Force officer and politician serving in the House of Representatives in the 10th National Assembly.
Born in Ise Ekiti, Ekiti State, he holds an MSc degree and rose to the rank of Air Vice Marshal during a distinguished military career, participating in combat, surveillance, and rescue missions. He also contributed to the development of the Ekiti State Airport project and received the Phoenix Award in January 2026 for his service.
In 2023, he was elected under the APC to represent the Ekiti South West/Ikere/Ise-Orun Federal Constituency. He currently serves as Deputy Chairman of the House Committee on Air Force, where he applies his military expertise to security oversight.
As a lawmaker, Ojuawo focuses on rural development and social welfare through projects such as borehole rehabilitation and medical outreach programs. He is also active in grassroots politics and supports the re-election of Governor Biodun Oyebanji in Ekiti State.
