Hon. Kolawole Davidson Akinlayo is a Nigerian lawmaker representing Ido-Osi/Moba/Ilejemeje Federal Constituency in Ekiti State under the APC in the 10th National Assembly. Born on April 25, 1979, he holds a B.Sc. in Public Administration from Ekiti State University and previously worked as a civil servant, sociologist, and entrepreneur.
Elected in 2023, he serves on key committees including Finance & Petroleum Resources (Upstream), Housing & Habitat, Ports & Harbours, Army, Ecological Fund, and Student Loans & Scholarship. He has sponsored bills and motions on healthcare and education (e.g., establishing a School of Nursing in Ikosu Ekiti and a Federal College of Agriculture in Otun Ekiti), finance policy, and security & justice.
In his constituency, he has supported education by distributing over 1,000 JAMB forms and bursaries for 750 students, improved infrastructure through solar-powered boreholes, streetlights, and drainage systems, and empowered locals with tools for women and fertilizers for farmers.
