Imo State | House of representatives
Ugonna Ozurigbo (popularly known as OZB), born on November 26, 1976, is a Nigerian politician and businessman representing the Nkwerre/Nwangele/Isu/Njaba Federal Constituency of Imo State in the 10th National Assembly.
He was born in Umudurueze Umuozu, Nwangele LGA, Imo State, and attended Ikenegbu Primary School and Government Secondary School, Owerri. He holds an OND in Business Administration from Federal Polytechnic Nekede and a Bachelor’s degree in Government and Public Administration from Abia State University, Uturu, where he also served as Student Union President.
Ozurigbo began his political career in the Imo State House of Assembly, representing Nwangele from 2011 to 2019. During this period, he served as Chief Whip and later as Deputy Speaker. He was elected to the House of Representatives in 2019 and re-elected in 2023, now serving as Chairman of the House Committee on Justice.
Alongside politics, he runs several businesses under the OZB Group, including OZB Communication Ltd, Kelvic Suites & Towers, Kelvic Farms, and Victory Publications.
He is married to Lolo Ijeoma Ozurigbo and is popularly known by the traditional titles Enyioha and Omeiheukwu.
