About IBRAHIM AUYO USMAN

Hon. Ibrahim Usman Auyo, popularly known as “Kamfani,” is a Nigerian politician serving in the 10th House of Representatives as the representative for Hadejia/Auyo/Kafin Hausa Federal Constituency, Jigawa State, under the APC. Born on December 1, 1964, he is a third-term lawmaker, first elected in 2015 and re-elected in 2019 and 2023.

He has focused on rural development and education throughout his legislative career and has served on various House committees.

In August 2025, he attracted national attention for alleging that lawmakers pay fees of ₦1–3 million to present motions or bills, claims the House of Representatives officially dismissed as baseless.

Hon. Auyo’s educational background includes Auyo Central Primary School, a Teacher’s College Certificate, and studies at Bayero University Kano (BUK).
