Sada Soli Jibiya (born March 13, 1962) is a veteran Nigerian politician and APC lawmaker representing the Jibia/Kaita Federal Constituency in Katsina State. He is widely known for his long experience in the National Assembly, having risen from a career civil servant to a senior legislator.

He was born in Jibia, Katsina State, and received his early education at Jibia Central Primary School and Katsina Teachers’ College. He later earned an NCE from the College of Education, Kafanchan, a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Abuja.

Before joining elective politics, Soli worked for over a decade as a senior legislative officer, serving as Clerk to major committees and as a diplomat at the Nigerian Mission in Washington, D.C. He also served as Chief of Staff to former Speaker Aminu Waziri Tambuwal from 2011 to 2015.

Elected to the House of Representatives in 2007, he has remained a prominent figure in successive assemblies. In the 10th National Assembly, he serves as Chairman of the House Committee on Water Resources and is known for sponsoring bills on security, development, and technology, including AI regulation. In 2023, he was also a leading contender for the Speakership, recognized for his strong grasp of parliamentary processes.
