Mohammed Jafaru Ali, also known as Hon. Jafaru Ali or Shattiman Borgu, is a Nigerian politician representing the Agwara/Borgu Federal Constituency of Niger State in the 10th National Assembly under the APC. He holds a B.Sc. in Political Science and was elected for the 2023–2027 term.
He currently serves as Chairman of the House Committee on Islamic Pilgrim Affairs and has previously worked as a legislative aide, youth leader, local government chairman, and a member of the 9th National Assembly.
Known for his grassroots engagement, he focuses on community development and empowerment. In 2025, he raised national concern over insecurity in his constituency following an attack on his convoy and appealed for stronger security measures. He has also been recognized as a Community Development Champion for his contributions to local development.
