Modibo Ismail Musa (also known as Ismail Musa Dan Modibbo) is a Nigerian politician and public administrator serving in the 10th National Assembly, representing the Shiroro/Rafi/Munya Federal Constituency of Niger State under the APC. Elected in 2023, he succeeded Saidu Doka Umar.

Born on January 1, 1980 (some records indicate 1981), he holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration and has undertaken various leadership and legislative training programmes. Before entering the House of Representatives, he worked in community development and local government service, and served as a political advisor and party mobilizer.

His legislative focus centers on rural infrastructure, security, and youth empowerment. In November 2025, he distributed 90 motorcycles to religious leaders and ward heads to support community mobility and peace-building. He also has business interests, including a 30% stake in 2121 Mining and Exploration Limited.
