Hon. Princess (Dr.) Adesola Ayoola-Elegbeji is a Nigerian politician and academic professional representing the Ikenne/Sagamu/Remo North Federal Constituency of Ogun State in the House of Representatives.
She is of royal background and holds a degree in Geology from Olabisi Onabanjo University, as well as two master’s degrees from UK institutions in Organizational Behaviour and Intelligent Management Systems. She is also a Chartered IT professional and a Microsoft Certified Project Manager.
Professionally, she has worked as a project management consultant for major organizations such as the NHS, Chevron, and the Financial Conduct Authority, and has held academic leadership roles in Nigeria and the UK.
Politically, she served as a Lay Member of the Ogun State Judicial Service Commission from 2019 to 2024. A member of the APC, she won the August 2025 bye-election and was inaugurated into the 10th National Assembly in October 2025.
In the legislature, she focuses on healthcare reform, poverty alleviation, and early childhood education. Through the Ayoola Elegbeji Foundation, she supports youth and elderly empowerment through scholarships, training, and community programs in the Remo region.
