Isah Bello Ambarura is a Nigerian politician serving as a Member of the House of Representatives for the Illela/Gwadabawa Federal Constituency in Sokoto State under the All Progressives Congress (APC). He was born on May 11, 1964, and holds a BSc in Sociology. He is also an Associate Member of the Nigeria Institute of Public Relations (NIPR).
Before entering the federal legislature, he served in the Sokoto State House of Assembly as Majority Leader, focusing on bills related to child protection and balanced budgeting. He was elected to the House of Representatives in 2023 and currently serves as Vice Chairman of the House Committee on Rules and Business. His legislative priorities include addressing insecurity in border communities, advocating for increased military presence to combat banditry, and supporting rural infrastructure development.
In his constituency, he has implemented local projects such as the renovation of mortuary facilities and is recognized for actively representing community needs during periods of heightened security concerns in Sokoto State.
