Khadija Bukar Abba Ibrahim (née Waziri) is a Nigerian politician representing Damaturu/Gujba/Gulani/Tarmuwa Federal Constituency in Yobe State in the 10th House of Representatives under the APC. She is the longest-serving female legislator in Nigeria, elected for five consecutive terms since 2007, with a brief stint as Minister of State for Foreign Affairs (2015–2019).
She chairs the House Committee on Maritime Safety, Education, and Administration. Daughter of Alhaji Waziri Ibrahim, she holds a degree in Business Studies and Sociology from the University of Surrey and is the widow of former Yobe Governor and Senator Bukar Abba Ibrahim.
