About SANI AMINU JAJI

Hon. Aminu Sani Jaji (born March 13, 1974) is a Nigerian politician and philanthropist representing the Kaura-Namoda/Birnin Magaji Federal Constituency of Zamfara State in the 10th National Assembly under the APC.

He holds an OND and HND in Community Health and Microbiology/Virology, four master’s degrees in Health Economics, Public Health, Environmental Management, and Criminal Law, and is pursuing a PhD from Walden University, USA.

Jaji began his political career as Chairman of the ANPP in Birnin Magaji LGA and later served as Executive Chairman of the local government. He first joined the House of Representatives in the 8th Assembly (2015–2019) as Chairman of the Committee on National Security, Intelligence, and Public Safety. In the 10th Assembly, he serves as Chairman of the House Committee on Ecological Fund and was a contender for Speaker in 2023.

He is known for philanthropy, including funding schools, mosques, and hospitals, providing scholarships, and supporting youth employment and vocational training in Zamfara State.
