Jimbo Ernest Clement is a Nigerian politician and chartered quantity surveyor serving in the House of Representatives. He represents the Abak/Etim Ekpo/Ika Federal Constituency in Akwa Ibom State under the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Born on March 12, 1983, he holds a B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying from the University of Uyo and is a chartered member of professional institutes. Before entering the National Assembly, he worked in technical consultancy and youth advocacy and ran for the presidency in 2019 under the Social Democratic Party (SDP).
Elected in 2023, he currently serves as Deputy Chairman of the House Committee on National Planning and Economic Development. In the 10th National Assembly, he has sponsored bills, supported infrastructure and agricultural projects, and led youth empowerment and community development initiatives within his constituency.
