About Mohammed Ibrahim Bukar

Mohammed Ibrahim Bukar (also known as Hon. Ibrahim Bukar) is a Nigerian politician and two-term member of the House of Representatives, serving in the 10th National Assembly. Born on January 29, 1969, in Borno State, he holds a B.Sc. degree and represents the Dikwa/Mafa/Konduga Federal Constituency under the APC.

First elected in 2019 and re-elected in 2023, he currently serves as Chairman of the House Committee on Rural Electrification. Before joining the National Assembly, he was Commissioner of Works and Transport in Borno State from 2011 to 2014, where he focused on infrastructure recovery and development, especially in insurgency-affected areas.
