Hon. Yusuf Ahmad Badau is a Nigerian politician serving as a second-term member of the House of Representatives in the 10th National Assembly, representing Bagwai/Shanono Federal Constituency, Kano State, under the APC. He is the Chairman of the House Committee on Legislative Compliance and was born on July 15, 1971.
Before joining the National Assembly, he served twice as Executive Chairman of Bagwai LGA and as Senior Special Assistant on Land Matters in Kano State. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma (PGD).
In recent years, he has focused on security advocacy, moving motions for increased security presence in his constituency. He has also supported community initiatives such as grain distribution and youth empowerment programs, though he has faced petitions over constituency project implementation between 2019 and 2025.
