Rt. Hon. (Dr.) James Abiodun Faleke (born December 25, 1959) is a Nigerian politician representing Ikeja Federal Constituency in Lagos State in the 10th House of Representatives under the APC. Serving his fourth term, he chairs the House Committee on Finance, overseeing fiscal policies, revenue, and budget management.
Faleke has sponsored key legislation, including an amendment to the NYSC Act and motions addressing border security. His constituency initiatives include the “Light Up Ikeja” project with over 50,000 solar streetlights, road rehabilitation, and empowerment programs reaching more than 14,000 residents through vocational training, grants, and industrial tools. He also led a major voter registration drive in 2025.
He holds an HND in Purchasing and Supply Management and an MBA, is a strategist in the “Tinubu School of Politics,” and served as Secretary of the APC 2023 Presidential Campaign Council. Originally from Kogi State, he gained national prominence as Deputy-Governor-elect in 2015 and has received the OON and an honorary doctorate from Federal University Lokoja.
