Rt. Hon. Adeyemi Taofeek Alli is a Nigerian lawmaker and second-term member of the House of Representatives, representing the Mushin I Federal Constituency of Lagos State under the All Progressives Congress (APC). Born on September 9, 1964, he was first elected in 2019 and re-elected in 2023, making him a ranking member of the 10th National Assembly.

In the National Assembly, Hon. Alli serves as the Vice Chairman of the House Committee on Ports and Harbour, where he contributes to legislative oversight and policy development in Nigeria’s maritime sector. He is known for his active and people-centered representation, consistently maintaining close ties with his constituents. In early 2026, he demonstrated this commitment by prioritizing community obligations over official duties when he remained in Mushin to attend the funeral of a former local government chairman.

His constituency engagement has focused strongly on infrastructure, education, and youth development. Under his leadership, over 1,500 solar-powered streetlights have been installed across more than 75 streets in Mushin, significantly improving security and night-time economic activities. He has also facilitated the construction of classroom blocks in primary schools and established ICT centres in public secondary schools to promote digital literacy. Through initiatives such as the annual Hon. Adeyemi Alli Games, he has supported youth empowerment, sports development, and community unity.

Hon. Alli is also committed to economic empowerment and social welfare. He has announced plans for a Mega Empowerment Programme in 2026 aimed at supporting artisans, widows, and elderly residents. Within his party, he plays an active leadership role, having led APC membership revalidation efforts in his ward and participated in mobilization structures for future elections.

Professionally, he holds a Master’s degree and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Administration (FCIA). Widely regarded as a disciplined and grassroots-oriented politician, Rt. Hon.
