Hon. (Dr.) Bashiru Ayinla Dawodu (b. 2 February 1962) is a U.S.-trained physician and two-term Nigerian lawmaker representing Oshodi-Isolo I Federal Constituency, Lagos State, under the APC. He chairs the House Committee on Disabilities and serves on the Health Services and Science & Technology Committees.
He is known for disability advocacy, sponsoring motions to enhance social protection, and promoting health initiatives. Through the Ayodele Medical Outreach, he provides free medical services, while also facilitating constituency projects like road rehabilitation and solar-powered streetlights.
Dr. Dawodu holds an MBBS from the University of Lagos and an MPH from the University of Texas Health Science Center. He previously served as Medical Director of PrimeCare Medical Group in Dallas before returning to Nigeria for public service.
