Hon. Sesi Oluwaseun Whingan is a Nigerian politician serving in the 10th House of Representatives as the representative for Badagry Federal Constituency, Lagos State, under the APC. He is the Deputy Chairman of the House Committee on Petroleum Resources (Upstream) and was born on September 22, 1985.
Since taking office in June 2023, he has sponsored over fifteen bills and moved numerous motions in the National Assembly. He is the founder of the Sesi Whingan Foundation, leading the “Badagry 1000 Tech Talents Project” to equip youth with digital skills.
In his constituency, he has supported community development initiatives, including the proposed University of Technology in Badagry, school improvements, road repairs, and scholarships for underprivileged students. He holds an MBA from Anglia Ruskin University.
