Hon. Ibrahim Almustapha Aliyu, is a Nigerian architect and politician serving in the 10th National Assembly as the representative for Wurno/Rabah Federal Constituency, Sokoto State, under the APC. He is currently in his second term (2023–2027), having first been elected in 2019.
During the 9th Assembly, he served as Vice Chairman of the House Committee on Urban Development and Regional Planning. In the current Assembly, he remains active on several committees and is known for his advocacy for constitutional reforms, particularly proposals to raise the educational qualification for elected officials.
Professionally trained as an architect, Hon. Aliyu is widely recognized for his grassroots empowerment initiatives, including the distribution of vehicles, vocational equipment, and scholarship support to constituents. He has also facilitated key infrastructure projects, such as drainage systems and rural development works in Wurno and Rabah, contributing to improved local living conditions.
