Rt. Hon. Abubakar Hassan Nalaraba (born July 17, 1976) is a Nigerian lawmaker and financial expert serving his second term in the House of Representatives. He represents Awe/Doma/Keana Federal Constituency in Nasarawa State under the APC and chairs the House Committee on Aids, Loans, and Debt Management, overseeing national borrowing and debt sustainability.

A proactive legislator, he has sponsored key bills, including amendments to the Debt Management Office Act, Nigeria Customs Service Act, and Civil Aviation Act (2025), and is noted for scrutinizing federal borrowing and pension bond usage.

In his constituency, he launched a ₦100,000 scholarship grant for 500 students, facilitated the Federal College of Education (Technical) in Keana, and implemented rural electrification and solar borehole projects. He also hosts quarterly "People’s Budget Clinics" to engage constituents on federal allocations.

Nalaraba holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Banking and Finance and previously served as Executive Secretary of the Nasarawa State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board (2012–2018) and as a manager at the Nasarawa Investment & Property Development Company. He has declared his 2027 gubernatorial ambition and holds traditional titles including Sadaukin Lafia and Majekiran Uke.
