Anthony Okorie Ani (born June 24, 1966) is a Nigerian academic and politician, currently serving as Senator for Ebonyi South. A Professor of Agricultural Extension, he spent three decades in academia, including positions at the University of Maiduguri, FUTO, and Ebonyi State University, and has authored over 110 research publications.
Elected in a 2024 by-election under the APC, Ani is Vice Chairman of the Senate Committee on South East Development Commission and has sponsored bills on vocational studies and vehicle manufacturing. He has also implemented constituency empowerment programs.
Ani is married with children and serves as National Vice-President of the Agricultural Extension Society of Nigeria.
